My Must-Try Foods in Disney's Epcot
If you don't go on vacation without thinking about food then are you really on vacation?! The hubs and I are ALL ABOUT THE FOOD on a trip *especially* when it comes to Disney World. On our recent trip to Disney in February 2021, we were able to use all of our extra budget money on food (which is exactly what we wanted to do and how we planned it!).
If you have a trip to Epcot in Disney World coming and you're interested in the best places and foods to eat OR you didn't even think about food (who are you?!), then you've come to the right place!!
*DISCLAIMER* This park is my absolute favorite park BECAUSE of the food. We try something from *almost* every country in the park! Not only are these the best snacks you can find at Epcot, but it'll take you on a journey around the culinary world.
THE BEST PLACES & SNACKS TO EAT AT EPCOT
Epcot-
1. Tacos, Nachos & Guac- Mexico
Where: La Cantina de San Angel - Mexico
Price: $14.99, $13.99, $10.00
I tried the tacos at this place about 8 years ago and other than in actual Mexico, I had never had tacos that were this legit. We weren't trying to fill up this time so we started off sharing the nachos and guac (guac is my favorite snack of all time so I had to try it). The nachos were so good that my 4 year old son actually fell in love with nachos and still eats them to this day. If you have picky eaters, you know how valuable that is then. Plus this restaurant is right on the lake so it's a gorgeous view of the World Showcase and the fireworks if you go late in the night.
2. School Bread & Trolls Horn- Norway
Where: Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe - Norway
Price: $4.49 each
We discovered this treat last time and fell in love with the school bread. It is sooo good. It is coconut so to all you crazies out there that don't like coconut, I'll eat your portion! We tried the troll's horn for the first time and my kids preferred that over the school bread...which is fine..more for me!
3. Egg Rolls- China
Where: Lotus Blossom Cafe - China
Price: $5.25
Ok. So, we had to try everything in Epcot and I read that the egg rolls were the best thing in China so we ordered them. Honestly, the Rose Garden Cafe 2 minutes from my house has better egg rolls. But... that's just my opinion. China does have a fancy restaurant that you can try but our goal was to do quick bites. But, they're not expensive so get them and let me know what you think!
<Photo from 2019 trip. We skipped the food here in 2021 :/
4. Biergarten- Germany
Where: Biergarten, Germany
Price: $35-59.99 per person
This restaurant was incredible on the inside and there was quite a large selection of food options at the buffet! The meat and dessert options were massive! Highly recommend eating here because of the fun German atmosphere with live music & the good food!
5. Pizza -Italy
Where: Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria - Italy
Price: $15-34.99 per person
This is a restaurant but if you're still not full from all the snacking so far, its a great place to stop and split a pizza with the family. It is. ah.maze.ing. We tried it on a trip 8 years ago and it still goes down as one of the top pizzas I've ever had. Wood-burning oven makes the best pizza crusts... now I'm hungry.
<< I went deep into Facebook for this pic from 2011! Doesn't my face show how good it is though?!
6. BBQ Burger-America
Where: Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue
Price: $14.29
Hubs needed some meat on our 2021 trip and decided to get a burger. I was going to give him a hard time because it was just a burger and he could've filled up somewhere else that was more unique BUT, he said this was the best burger and food he had all day *rolled eyes*. I will admit though, it did taste good and it's definitely on our must try list every time now!
7. Kakigori- Japan
Where: Kabuki Cafe - Japan
Price: $5.50
A large Japanese shaved ice sounds perfect on a hot day! We went in February so the weather was perfect. It might have biased our experience with the treat because I thought it was just ok. My kids loved it though so points for that! I have heard that it's better with the sweet milk topping which we didn't get. So, let me know what you think!!
8. Everything at the Tangeriene Cafe- Morroco
Where: Tangeriene Cafe - Morroco
Price: $14.95+
We found this place in 2019 because my father dragged us there. I had never had middle eastern food before but it's safe to say now that I'm HOOKED because of this restaurant. My entire family had something different and we all swore that it was the best thing they ate the entire Disney trip. We were looking forward to it on our 2021 trip but it closed down in 2021 and has yet to reopen. I am praying and hoping that the more people I tell about this restaurant, Disney will hear about it and decide to keep it there! IF it's open when you go, YOU HAVE TO TRY IT.

9. Macaron Lime Raspberry- France
Where: Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie - France
Price: $6.25
So I always go into this restaurant wanting something and walk out with something else. Luckily, I walked in for a beignet and walked out with this incredible, most amazing macaron. It was gorgeous and delicious. I've tried the beignet in here before but it's not an actual beignet because it had a filling and so I was a bit disappointed. Still tasty, but not a real beignet like the ones in Disneyland.
Next on my list is to try the crepes... :)
10. Fish & Chips- England
Where: Yorkshire County Fish Shop - England
Price: $11.49
Ok. Here is where I become an expert. I love fish and chips and I've tried them at every restaurant I've ever been to that has it on it's menu. I will say that these are good, but the portion is small and it's not the best. I disagree with a lot of blogs and articles I've read that said these are amazing SO, try them yourself. AND THEN, go to Raglan Road in Disney Springs and try their fish and chips. Now they've got some of the best I've ever had...
11. Maple Popcorn- Canada
Where: Popcorn in Canada - Canada
Price: $6.25
By the time we made it to Canada, we weren't that hungry but we had to try something. Hubs disappeared for a few minutes and came back with this popcorn! It is amazing. I had heard about the ketchup chips in Canada which I was NOT excited to try so I am sooo glad he found these. This is a must try every time we visit now! Thanks babe.
Now you've eaten around the world!!
